The location was excellent and unbeatable - next to Canadian Tire Centre and Outlet Mall. Also, we were only 5 minutes drive to a multi-purpose indoor arena...

The room was comfy and the location was magnificent and unbeatable. Location: the hotel was just off the Canadian Tire centre, other restaurants/ stores and Outlet Mall. Also, it was 15 minutes drive to a multi-purpose indoor arena.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were kind of rude.

The staff was patient and amicable and the place was fairly clean. The queen studio was modern, it had an electronic key card, a work desk and a TV.

I really enjoyed the hotel overall. Came in Kanata to relax and have fun, this brand-new venue was excellent place for doing it. It was in a great location near everything.

microtel exceeded my expectations during this shopping trip. the room was modern, clean, and comfortable. the staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

Our stay at Microtel was fantastic! The location was convenient and the wifi speed was impressive. The room was spacious and clean, with the added bonus of having two bathrooms. Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient. The hotel also had ample parking available.

The pool was not open during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

Clean hotel in a new building adjacent to Canadian Tire Centre as well as other restaurants/ stores. Very amiable, patient staff with smiling face. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Terrific service throughout stay. Everything perfect. Excellent and absolutely perfect location, near everything.

There were some minor finishing issues in the rooms, such as overlooked details like holes for a handle and misaligned cuts on the tiles, which may affect the overall aesthetic appeal.
